Being creative in developing my family business
i was born at the first child in the family, so it seems that i have more responsibility to maintain my parents business. That it's not easy but i really have to grow it better even much better that my parents have been doing.
My family business was started from a small house on jl Tambak segaran in 1991. At that time they started their business by selling and offering kind of products inks .By God's hand also until now my parents still sell the products of inks such as inks for T- shirt, plastic, bookand so on.
One of the way to develop my family business is being creative .Creative thing is important to maintain the customers buy the products. The creative things talk about how to manage the time well for example being on time to deliver the goods when there are too many orders. Then the way to do it by adding new employees and so they can deliver on time.For example delivering the goods is around at 6 O'clock in the morning,if the destination is so far. I will also prepare the goods with the best quality product. I will try to give suggestions to buy our products. I will have a good communication "diplomacy communication" so they will buy more our product. I will also learn to get the knowledge from my parents also how to deal with different customers. Every customers has different thinking, attitude, willingness and so on . I also try to understand every customer. If they complain, I will receive it and try to make it better. Another good idea is I will learn at John Robert Power school. So I can develoop my personality, social skills, corporate workshops and communication. From this university I also learn how to speak English well and so on. The other thing, I will build a good relationship for example by giving parcells to the customers. I will buy for them one by one, I will give them when they celebrate their religious day. My next step is how to find new customers and I will send my own staff that have a good quality to offer the products and I will put him/her in one town for two weeks and next/other weeks in another town/city.The target that he must do/get is 7 new customers in each weeks. It's regular activity every month.
The next obsession is I am going to open and have a new business which is still related to the business before. That is making advertising. Advertising need materials to make it on the paper, plastic and so on. So if the business is developing and has many companies, I will be happy.We need much money to open it but I will try it and also I need the materials and I think it is easy to get the materials because my parents sell it also. But I will also learn and think carefully to bulid this business. I will learn from the senior who have run that business and also I need suggestion from them. I will work hard, find a good chance, strategy and also the important thing that I have to do is ask to God that this business is good or bad to build and open. If God does not agree let God will not give a chance and way to do that. I f God agree, God will give a good way to do that and makes me and my family success. I will also attend the seminar that held by famous motivator so I can get the idea. I will read the bible because bible is a guidance for my life. In the bible especially in Amsal there are many ways to be wise to run tha business. Faith and positive thinking that I believe and God will do the rest.
I also do not want to work alone, so I need someone/partner that will help me and the right person is my sister. Maria is her name. Maria is a smart girl and also creative girl. Now she is in the 3rd grade
of senior high school and she will continue her study at Petra design
communication visual her major study. So I believe that I must and have a good corporate that will be more successful. My parents also will support us in financial, in prayer, moral and spiritual. so I really want to be a business woman and i think it is a good idea and i proud of it. through my profession , i will give the contribution likes helping people who don't have a job so they will work and they can get the money so they can live be better.so they can fullfill their needs. i hope that their family will be happy.

Be a nice English Teacher
When I was in high school, I’ve ever had in my mind to a teacher. I have been joined a Drawing Course in Samarinda since I was in junior high school until now. One day, when I was in second grade in high school, my drawing teacher asked me to help him to teach drawing to children. As a start, he gave me 5 children about four until six years old to teach. At the first time, I felt very confused and didn’t know what to do. Everything was terrible and I felt that all of those children would eat me up. But, the day after that terrible day, my drawing teacher was always gave some instructions and critics for me to learn. At that moment, I was starting to know that teach is just like an art, and I want to be a teacher. Why did I say that teach is just like an art? In my opinion, teach is an art. Because the way we teach is depend on our creativity. How we create the classroom activity and the atmosphere depends on ourselves as a teacher. All of the ways of teach is back to our personality and behaviorism as a teacher.
My wish to be a teacher is getting closer since I entered English Department in Widya Mandala Catholic University. Actually, there are Physics and English Department in Widya Mandala. I decided to enter the English Department rather than Physics because I didn’t know a lot about Physics. On the other hand, I also love to learn English and I enjoy learning to be an English teacher. In English Department, I learn how to teach young learners and teaching English as Foreign Language. I’ve got so many techniques in the department and all of them are interesting. I also can combine all of those techniques and I will get more techniques to learn and to apply. Now, I’m in the beginning of 6th term and I’ve already have some private students to teach. During the holiday, I back to Samarinda and continue to teach Drawing in the course. Soon, after I graduate from English Department. I will find a job as an English Teacher.
The other positive side of being a teacher is the feeling when the students achieve a good mark. It feels that we have succeeded teach them and it wasn’t useless. To see they smile and I will know that what I’ve done is valuable and not useless.

Make My Own World in My Future
On my childhood, I didn’t think what I would wanna be. I just dreamed that I could be an astronout someday^^, walked on the moon, and flied without wings; a lot of people would see me in their television. Everything looked too perfect in my mind. But when my elder sister said that a group of astrounout died during their journey on the moon, made me scared. One by one my imagination was disapeared, my dreamed was gone.
Time goes by too fast, after I graduated from my Senior High School I decided not to enter college. I prefer to work first then I continue my study in one of private colleges in Yogyakarta, but my mother didn’t support it. She wanted me to continue study in Surabaya after I graduated. I had decided to continue my study in Yogyakarta; I had a call from that college to have a test but again and again my mother angry with me. I was really dissapointed because of that. My father told me that Widya Mandala Catholic University was famous in Surabaya. He gave me support to try it first. I wasn’t really curious of that, I just followed what they had told to me. Actually, I was really sad. I couldn’t enter the faculty that I had dreamed before (communication faculty). I choosed two faculties in Widya Mandala Catholic University, the first was English Department (my father told me that this faculty was really good, so he asked me to choose it…) , the second was Psychology faculty (this is an idea from myself). I thought that this university didn’t accept me, but I was surprised because I was received in both of the faculties.
As long as I study in English Department, I find the advantages that I realize it will really help me in the future. I know the characteristics of children, how to interact with them, how to give them compliment, etc. I feel that I really fall in love with children, because of their characteristics. They always speak the truth. Because of my love to the children, I join with one of the courses in Surabaya to teach English for children. Although I teach them in a private course but I’m happy to do it. But in the future, I don’t want only become a teacher in kindergarden or elementary school. I have planned to take master degree in Singapore, in business faculty. Why I choose that? Because I wanna make my own courses, not only in one subject likes English but also in many of subjects. Sometimes I think that education is good but only in big cities, how about the other cities which the education is still low? It’ll be good if the level in education almost same like in big cities. I’ll be really glad if I can make opportunities for employment. I have my own courses and I put many of employment in my courses.
PROFESSIONAL ETHICS ASSIGNMENT
BECOME A FUTURE TEACHER
When I was a child, I used to pretend as a teacher in my house. At that time, I didn’t imagine that I want to be an English teacher or something. I just let it flows. Because of that, my family called me a little teacher. Day after day, feeling to be a teacher is gone. I wanted to be a badminton player. That feeling came while I was watching a badminton match.
To be a teacher is a profession that I choose in the future because to be a teacher is a great profession for me. Why I say that? Making students understand something is a hard job for a teacher. How the teacher decide a way to display the material to students. If I can make students understand well, there will be something like satisfaction in my heart. Besides, the educational environment in my home town brings me to this profession. Most students in my home town don’t like English. I don’t know why. But through my experience in Senior High School, I saw that my English teacher didn’t have spirit to teach English, the way they teach, the creativity of the teacher. I mean, while he or she was teaching, they just gave the students a reading text and ask the students to read and answer he question. That’s make student were bored.
Another reason, I realize that English is an important language now days. English becomes people’s need. Not a choice anymore. When we find a job, it will be a plus value for us. Willingness to be a teacher becomes stronger now, especially when I study in Widya Mandala University. From this university, I know how and the way to teach the students, whether they are children or not.
In the future I hope I can be a good teacher for my students. I can give the best for my home town and also the society there because I know what they need. Hopefully I can. Wish me Ma’am. May it will make my family proud of me. That’s a great thing if I can do that well. If I become a teacher one day, I don’t want to be a teacher like other teachers in my home town. I mean, I want to be a teacher who really concern on students' need. A teacher who really wants guide her students in learning without thinking about gift or any adoration from people.
